Cancellation Policy

Our stylists work really hard to keep every appointment and experience comfortable and personalized for every guest. Therefore, we need to receive a minimum of 24 hours notice for any reschedule or cancellation of your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a late fee of 25% of all services booked will need to be paid before booking a new appointment. No-Shows will be charged 50% of the appointment booked in the form of your deposit. ​ Ritual Hair Studio does not offer refunds. Should you be unhappy for any reason, please feel free to contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to assist you.
